In this video Rich Gorman delves into his business model of creating niche services with scale then hiring strong operators to run them. It’s important to understand your strengths in business…and even more important to understand your weaknesses.  Most internet marketers are just that, marketers.  Therefore it’s a good idea to bring team members on that can focus on running your operation so you can focus on what you’re best at! Also in this video Rich Gorman points out that it makes sense to pay traffic sources a higher CPA/CPM/CPC than they would otherwise receive with other advertiser’s offers.  The reason for this is that it gives you full-traffic yield as an advertiser because your offer provides the traffic source the highest ROI and will win the placement for traffic.
