Compliance Actions Open Amazing Media Buying Opportunities

Ted and Andy Dhanik speak in-depth about some amazing new opportunities available for media buyers, in part because of compliance actions from the Floriday Attorney General against certain advertisers. Because of this, EngageBDR has a huge opportunity for ROI marketers for women targets, age 30+. With a huge amount of Women’s inventory added to EngageBDR, this is a great time to buy the inventory and try it out for your direct response and affiliate campaigns. Interesting interview where the CEO of EngageBDR opens up about what is going on in the display industry in relation to non-compliant advertisers and why this is a good thing right now for the rest of us.

SITE-SPECIFIC IS NOT ENOUGH! engage:BDR is the best ROI for performance marketers

First the Florida Attorney General has not brought any stand alone complaince actions without the FTC.

If in fact they are “jawboning ” web sites that clearly have CDA 230 immunity they are interfering with existing business releatships with out a privledge. Can that be sourced because they are seemimgly committing violations of 42 usc 1983.

Attorney General Pam Bondi just signed a letter( along with 46 other States Attorneys generals) to the the House and Senate Commerence comittes admitting CDA 230 provided immunity to Ad Agencies from state action.

Lastly the case agent for the Florida ” investigations” testified under oath he had never even read CDA 230 and had no evidence , after an 11 month investigation, that my client wasnt exempt from state action under CDA 230 if they were not involved in preparing content.

    Thats that.
