I like tapit for their tracking id's. The one thing they lack (interestingly) is demographic targeting (unlike Millenial media, although their tracking methods are confusing).

When it comes down to it, I would recommend investing in a tracking platform that recognizes devices, carriers, source, etc (ie. an LP with G-analytics)

Otherwise, Tapit is pretty decent. Although I still run into the same problem like many other mobile networks, of having lost/same-ip clicks.

Cheers.
