Convicted Fraudster Irv Freiberg Accused Again of Being Scam Artist

CPL Media Group, a company owned by Michelle Larkin has filed a lawsuit in the United States Southern District Court of Florida against Irving Frieberg and his family, alleging, among other things, theft of data and illegal transferring of funds for personal gain. CPL Media Group has been under scrutiny lately by the affiliate marketing community for their inability to pay their affiliate and publisher bills, and this lawsuit seems to address these issues — putting the financial blame solely at Freiberg.
According to the lawsuit, Larkin had created CPL Media Group on the advice of Freiberg, who had impressed them with his “Bentley convertible..and expensive Jewelry” and his claims that he “ had contacts with a website developer and management firm in India and that with his connections and knowledge, there were opportunities for developing an internet based business in the United States.”
The lawsuit states that Freiberg, while acting as a contractor for CPL Media, requested that CPL Media’s clients wire him money directly instead of CPL Media. The suit also claims he had access to all of the consumer data via iContact and ExactTarget and has stolen those accounts, and has denied access to those accounts and others. Larkin also is claiming that accounts at HitPath, Facebook, various domain names, and servers were hijacked by Freiberg in order to defraud CPL Media Group and Larkin.
The most interest claim in the lawsuit is that, Freiberg who had already been convicted of fraud before had been planning this fraud from the start and had registered similar domains and created secondary affiliate accounts before the business launched.

I’d love to see a criminal back ground check on the owners of the top 1000 affiliate programs.. Would probably be full of ‘business men’ just like this guy.
This whole company is Shady. We’ve worked with them in the past, but ended up pausing all of their offers on our end because they simply would not honor their payment obligations. Luckily we shut them down before we racked up a big invoice.
Freiberg should be locked up for a long time the reason why he didnt go away for 20 years the last time is he ratted everyone in the world out. He played the sympathy card of his retarded and socially inept children and his whore drug addict wife who gets so high she sleeps with male dogs on the street after ingesting every and any drug available. I guess if I had this broke egotistical, sociopathic maniac as a partner who is absolutely abusive and drugs his wife to make her sick that would be the explanation for her actions. The bottom line is hopefully someone will put this low life away for good. He is the meaning of the word “SCAM ARTIST & THIEF”
This low life piece of garbage did the same exact thing to us years ago. He needs to be locked up once and for all. We even lent him 25000.to pay his boca beach club bill. I guess the pattern of fraud still continues as I post this. This low life crook needs to be locked up for good. Knowing the player I an quite certain that at least 10 times more than the claim in this action was stolen after all he got us for more than 500000.00. Hopefully the authorities and his probation officer will just get this low life off the streets once and for all.
They are cookie, They are spooky, that’s the Freiberg Family… The father and mother did so many drugs during the pregnancies all the Freiberg kids are retarded and deformed poor poor Freiberg kids, oh my god one even died,yes they really really did kill their own kid… (WAS BIG IRV ABOUT TO GO AWAY) They really are cookie and spooky. Why is Abbey in and out of Rehab Big daddy Irv was trying to get the sympathy of the judge who sentenced him while drugging Dear old Abbey who has been having sex with anything and we mean anything and everything,, it worked the judge fell for Big Irv;s line of bull, guess what the jigs up he is going to jail once and for all. I guess the judge didn’t realize he kept drugging dear old Abbey and filing false police reports, Big Irv says he was only trying to protect his retarded kids from going to a foster home. Too late its about to go down…THIS FELON WHO IS STILL COMMITTING CRIMES NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP ONCE AND FOR ALL.
