Had a similar experience. Repeatedly got the runaround from Debbie. Clearly had no intention of ever paying for our services. Just ate the $10k we’ve been trying to collect. Stay away from these bad actors.

These people have been ripping business and publishers off for quite some time. We were promised scrubs from Debbie (months late) and an overnight check. We received neither and now she is MIA again from all calls and emails. They signed contracts stating scrubs by the 20th and payment by the 30th. She said on the phone there is NO WAY they can meet those dates… so of course when I asked why they signed the contracts saying they could if indeed they could not.. she said ” I am not sure what answer your looking for”. We have spoke with several other networks and they are having the exact same issue. Vergo is HORRIBLE!! Now they are working on a mobile division. Our initial rep Sali who was part of the problem due to LACK OF COMMUNICATION and its obvious the whole team has communication problems over there. They scrubbed over 85% of our leads and provided no report. They were receiving leads from us and did not even know it at one point. Once we went back and forth in the beginning they ended up “finding” the leads. NOW they have “lost them again”. Over $20k loss on this one plus what we have to pay out to our pubs.
