Great InfoGraphic on why you should stop wasting your time on Facebook and get a blog. Obviously, the #1 reason SHOULD be that you don’t get paid to be on Facebook. #2 should be that Facebook is a huge time-suck and very little business, or much of anything gets done on Facebook. That’s unless you like photos of people’s kids that they THINK are cute. I’m going to go now and promote this post and Facebook.

Beautiful infographics! But i’m not so sure that “you dont get paid to be on Facebook”. FB can be lucrative, if you know how to use to. In my opinion: Do both blogging AND Facebook. They both have their strengths and weaknesses but together they can be pretty powerful…

Hmm interesting infographic tho in my opinion its even hard to compare facebook to blogs. Blogs also have downsides and must say that these days one cant be a stable business without another. If you have a blog, you need to use facebook to and get traffic from there. If you have a fan page you should have to own a blog where you will send your fans to your content/offers and so on.

Good stuff. Of course we have to work all the social media but I couldn’t agree more with the premise of this. When you’re on FB you can almost feel yourself being channeled into all the spots that their development team wants.
