Sounds like legit but I’m wondering if this site is accepting PayPal as a form of payment method.

Yes, PayPal is an option for publisher commissions. We pay via “masspay” so there are no fees to you as a publisher. The Paypal account needs to be verified though so just keep that in mind.

Sorry to say PANTHERA IS NOT A GOOD NETWORK. I have seen several affiliates complain of not being paid. The affiliate managers have no clue on what they are doing. It won’t be long before they go bankrupt.

It’s been over 7 months since your posting and we are still in business and going strong. Pubs get paid in a timely manner. We’ve made the Inc500|5000 3 years in a row. No problems here!
In regard to your comment about our Affiliate Managers, once again you are wrong. We only hire experienced and educated people to work for Panthera. There are no newbies here. Your application must have either been denied or you were kicked out for low-quality traffic.
